Day 1 of my Local/Paso experiments.  OMG I can’t drink this stuff.  Fat and flabby.  Nose of ALCOHOL searing and madeirized overripe fruit and acetone.  God, I wonder what the pH is on this.  Thin and boring entry and middle.  Fat, bad, over-ripe “old vine” alcoholic finish.  WHO drinks this hipster crap?!?!? and… wait for it… ‘only’ 14-5  Drainfood.
