Somewhat Typical Negociant Blend Goodness

Thin clear and bright garnet with bricking edges.  Vibrant, spicy nose evokes fresh-cut weeds, sweet oak and a light fishiness.  Bright, polished fruit of a meager nature and not much else.  Weak acid and light tannin make this a pretty-non-event wine, quaffable and nice and pleasant with no flaws but really nothing much to write home about.  Screams RRV, and that portion is nice, but really not too much goin on and totally fulfills for the price-point.  I’d rather drink this than the Cherry Tart, as it just comes off as a serious PN-offering rather than a plump flash… but I’d rather drink a MILLION other PN’s before this one.  Still, no flaws, clean, thin, and nice–fitting alongside the other RUTZ offerings I have had recently.  14-3 C
