Medium garnet with a vague, sweet oaky nose bearing non-specific acrid issues of herbaceousness and age. Boring. Dreadful. Weak. Thin. Lame. Lab-produced. Mainstream. Uninteresting. Did I mention Boring? OK, not dreadful, it really isn’t flawed enough to be “dreadful”, but oh so boring. Life’s too short to drink wines like this.
