Impenetrable ruby, staining and dense.  Tapenade and tar stain the jam-packed nose, an overt play on blackberry fruit and raspberry-leaf-tea, begging you to taste.  You’ve had the unbelievably wonderful UNION from these folks, a stunning CF/ME/SY situation which I have raved about on several occasions and is the bargain of the DECADE, and here is the CAB:  In the mouth, mind-numbingly dense–one of the more concentrated SYV cabs I have had in recent memory–dredging up more tar and leather but spread out across a lake of maple-syrup and hazelnut mousse torte.  Find some of this if you can.
