Dark garnet, non-staining and showing hints of bricking.  Clean, pure funk, lovely while a tad flabby.  Nice stemmy bouquet pumps out the acid and AL, and it needs every bit to combat the ripeness.  In the mouth, full and rich, never taking a watery step off-point.  Pure granite, graphite, wet saddle and lily meld seamlessly into rusty tannins.  Beautiful over-ripe-pineapple fruit clings to the last.
