Dense sweet floral decadence, edgy on acid and long walks on mountain meadows.  In the mouth a robustness defying the clear color mixes concentrated plum and nectarine with sarsaparilla funk and tangy acid.  Full and round and alcoholic–despite its 9.5 label. Brilliant and focused, sweetness tempered with chalky acids and a hardcore concentration of chewy fruit, all-through a decadent richness clawingly bitter and lovely. An overwhelmingly good pair with roasted poultry and charred vegetables.
