Bright ruby–as it should be–and just brilliant wine in all manners. Funky dirty, ground stone, roasted vegetables and fruit, fruit, fruit… in your face but not slutty. Still, calm balance with sharp acidic bite, heady dark vibrance rules alongside easy acceptance. Meager in places, but minerality takes hold in those areas, making a thin elegance muster through.
