Nutty heady licorice brilliance wrapped around earthy, solidly-aged yumminess deep and splendorific, rife with deep dark cherry and blackberry with a perfectly alcoholic aged petrichor so elegant and sexy, a crisp hard wall of mineral and abrasive straight-up Syrah fruit glowing in the glass, nose and mouth so decadent, no one would guess a 10YO “Central Coast” second label. So good, so polished, so straight-sex York Mountain from the defunct Shadow Canyon folks. So happy I have a case of this shit.
