Robust petrol nose at warmer temperatures (60°F) show peach peel and fig rich and full shirred eggs and cardamon. Clean moldy apple and leek come through closer to 50° obscuring a lot of the round richness and accentuating glassine frozen streets and playgrounds under sprinkler, bringing out raw egg and charcuterie notes, tropical beauty exploding in all directions against a gunpowder backdrop. I don’t know what’s in it, but it is a beautiful white wine.
