Dull burnt plastic funk, an eviscerating AL burn over pineapple fruit. Settles down to drrrrrrty rich brown toasted goodness, praline-driven and ripe. Meager fruit, but fairly well balanced in the mouth for a riserva, fattening up before still-worthy tannins carry things away.
