Non-Superfleurieous

Hesitated a bit grabbing this out of the cellar because I wanted a light red wine and I was worried that this possibly might be the green sapling whittled with a rusty blade driven through the heart of darkness version of Beaujolais but one whiff and I knew it was exactly what I was looking for on this warm Saturday night in California. Delicately fruited, nothing cloying or even remotely fruit forward but also not briary spicy heavy oaky or overtly anything. Just light beautiful crisp clear floral beautiful Bojo with a couple years on it. In the mouth more of the same, brilliantly mineralific tight and nice, the beautiful little Cragmont lemon-lime nose translates straight into the ripe orange cedar tobacco tannins still sand-paper strong with dense plum and watermelon not-so-silently lurking.
