Obfuscating smokey green brush fire and wet chalkboard erasers. Toffee brittle rusty pins and sawmill cedar. Sweet and a bit meager in the entry blossoming quickly to pure claret density with a bitter fruit wild hair. Nose darkens to rubber cement and a little petrol while the mouth just sings and sings its beautiful thin fruity note all the way to still substantial tannins. A beautiful wine through-and-through and notable for a 3rd with only 15 years of certifiable provenance.
