Sparkling clear light yellow. Nice peaty funk comes out of the nose graciously, a little grass and curry-comb trailing along. Yeasty floral and a slight petrichor–steely and firm–tighten up the full, round cellar nose at nearly 60°, alcohol breathily apparent, peach and strawberry effusive. not an ideal temperature, but telling. Taking it back down to an ideal 50°.
Nice viscous mouthfeel, no petrol in smell or taste, just clean vibrant fruit. Stonefruit and uncured olive get overwhelmed by cool foggy minerality. Pure and vibrant, ridiculously good, acidity and near-tannin-like structure fight for dominance in the MILES-LONG finish slowly turning various shades of bitter and voluptuous and as it churns in the wind. Sweet green apple is pretty much your last memory, and the endless possibilities of those olives.
