Drinking this at cellar-temp: it doesn’t need ANY chilling to be wonderful. Gracious and mouth-filling, the nose a strong sauv-blanc-ish sort of vegetal ire–beautiful and shocking at the same time. Thick and rich of bouquet, musty plum and green strawberry point to a depth of fruit from its medium-canary color un-tainted by the slightest oak influence.

Tasting it reveals a white of unique characteristics EVERYONE will love. You can’t help it! Gorgeous fruit layered with cinnamon and nutmeg still showing sharp and bright: a steely mineralific nuance pervading all. Crisp and alive, the tongue coated with deep fruity intensity and the edges lined with stony vivacity. Another stunning Italian white you will NEVER see on a supermarket shelf in the US–and probably not too many wine-shops either. And that’s a shame. I could change the world with this wine.
