Actually pretty lovely stuff. NOT something I usually way about classic brands in Paso, but here we are: gotta be honest. Ptobably one of the better cabs from the region I’ve experienced: all blustery and bright, but with certain dank memories relevant to the variety. The nose hits spicy and exuberant, roiled in rich fruit and texture causing teeth-wiping motions all along. Concentrated to the inth degree, still managing delerious briar throughout. Tannin abrasive while tucked in perfectly along the dark berry, this is an extremely well-made Cabernet from Paso Robles. Get it!
