These things–while classically served stupid-young– really start blossoming at 5-6-7 and at 10 are usually singing. What I DIDN’T expect was the funky dirty baby diaper Chianti-type shizzz apparent here in this 12. It blew off after an hour, revealing a strong argument for this cheapest of Tenuta Sette Ponti offerings. Basically NO tertiary, all acid and fruit buried under structure–it seems to be aging NOWHERE but at the same time is fading–barely. Beautiful stuff–with an aterisk.
