This thing’s all washed up. Awkward, squished-bug nose burning over the flaccid fruit, with zingy, tired acid masking all the bombed-out berry gone bubble-gum and cranberry. Nothing to see here, folks. Everything: *poof*. The weird thing is: it doesn’t drink super-tired. It has aged very gracefully but there’s Just. Nothing. Left. I’m gonna blame this on the Grenache and while it’s not “undrinkable”: it’s a very soft sort of fatigue. Any compelling complexity or structure or ANYTHING is teh gonz.
