I know all you Rhone-a-phobes are going to roll your eyes at this one but you know what I’m going to say. This right here is what Syrah is supposed to taste like boys & girls. Absolute perfection from start to finish, with a beautiful funky vegetal green fruit laden nose, gorgeous clear ruby with a wide edge, and a mouth feel so deep and complex and glorious, not a speck of fat anywhere on it but rich and ripe in the ways God intended.
