Was a lil concerned as this is a hipster wine (I didn’t say natural, but…) and a 2018, and we all know what THAT can mean. But no. Australia strikes again, and it is ripe and generous and alive and beautiful in every way. Lagrein, Nero, and Montepulciano make for a dense, concentrated blend, but oh what gorgeous acid and structure. Positively delicious start-to-finish and kinda sad it’s my last one.
