Half-way violated one of my Rules of Wine on this one.  Never buy a French wine with English on the label.  Well, there wasn’t any English on the FRONT label, so…. Horrid terrible example of low-level french wine.  Hauterive.  Completely maderized and oxidized beyond recognition.  Strong streak of acid and tannin still, but OMG just a waste of good glass.  14-5  ◊   Wait.  A 14-5 French wine?!?!?
