Dark clear ruby with tiny clear edges. Opulent crushed-bug horribly obese fruit over extreme ripeness offset with a brash swash of alcohol. Oh dear Dog this is dreadful wine. Maderized and oxidized beyond BELIEF in both nose and taste. Honestly, it gets a little better in the mouth as the miserable tired pick-up-bed burnt-rubber astro-turf plasticine disgustingness swells to replace the unbearable nose. What a fucking nightmare of a wine. Oh wait. This is one of our darling child’s!!! Oh and from a darling vineyard!!! I was so looking forward to this bottle. Oh but check this out: it is headed into ten years old. Therin lies the rub, folks. Tourist wines don’t last.
