Med straw with a massive initial blast of bubbles–tapering off quickly.  Nice grassy nose rich in loam and lemon-peel, mint and ‘new car’ subtleties.  In the mouth, the bubbles do their best to paint some austerity on the fruit, but it doesn’t work.  This is rich and tangy, buttery and bright, crisp, thick Chenin Blanc through-and-through, despite the low-AL and pet-nat packaging.
