Medium ruby with tiny pink edges. A nice supple match-heady sorta medium density fruit with a little oak and dark green leafy vegetables–steamed. Like a 20$ Napa cab. I haven’t googled this IGT yet–I’m thinking Sang and ME–but let’s see. Turns out it is Sang and Cab. This is a lovely wine. Fairly light. Just easy, fun drinking. A little oak-n-leather and a touch of briar–all the little things making a nice red but in small quantities. Balanced as all get out. In the mouth, a little pruniness shines through, but spicy short-term tannins bring things around. 13-0 ♦
