You know that chick in her 40’s or maybe even 50’s who can pull off leather pants? My girlfriend can’t do it, your wife can’t do it, neither of them would TRY! But yet there she is, just walkin down the street, rockin this shit like nobody’s business. It’s a little bit cheap. It’s a little bit slutty. It’s a little bit old. That’s this wine. And it’s kinda hot. I don’t see anyone complaining.

Dense garnet with light sediment. Taut leather and elderberry in the nose, turning to perfect ridiculous black cherry decadence in the mouth, polished perfectly by 10 years.  This has always been an unbelievably solid cabernet, and typically around 20 bucks.  Recent vintages are equally significant.  Don’t pass this one up.
