Light ruby. Surprisingly light. I mean… I would never mark down a wine for transparency, but this is a bit shocking for Paso. Toe-jam and vodka with a sort of model-plane-on-fire earthiness. Grainy, hot, fruit-infused multi-vitamin stew.
Do I have to taste it? Yes. Yes I do.
In the mouth, a splinter-inducing oak-infusion produces thin cherry and bell pepper and a pepper spike morphing to heat–the combination and concentration of which causes near-carbonation sensations.
