The lightest staining of golden possible in a clear liquid–sparkling and bright. Gorgeous dusty rose and tomato-fuzz climb out of a celeriac and root-vegetable base heading almost hazelnut and coffee-ground from the neutral oak.
In the mouth, spicy rich, bringing a sort of buttery pinot influence to crisp rosé fruitiness headed green melon and pineapple frosted with lemon zest and writhing in the sweetness of clean barn hay. A flawless, beautiful wine from British Columbia.
