So fresh. So good. So alive. Such a far cry from the two syrups of last night. Beautiful green stemmy mash on the nose, dancing with the brightest of berry and funk. Clean, straightforward, and vibrant in the mouth, citrusy crushed cherry biting and refreshing, stalwart with acid and verve, ever-so-slightly tannic. Absolutely fabulous. THIS is Pinot.
