Syrah you say?

What do you say about this wine? I am literally verklempt about this wine. The usual pleonastic uphoria I tend to gravitate to is left speechless with this in the glass. This is the finest wine I had possibly had THIS YEAR. No words can describe it. Perfect in all regards, just stunning on levels I am incapable of transferring into bits and pieces of a cognitive sentence. Stupidly beyond belief good, and a white-label also-ran portion of this label’s offerings.

This is quite possibly the world’s most perfect wine contained in a bottle and the glaring point is: it’s a Central Coast SYRAH. Dusty and pitch-perfect and fruity and definitively structured, it accomplishes things even Napa cab can only dream of. If you don’t own this wine or have had it, I kinda feel sorry for you. Absolute perfection start-to-finish: a delirious concoction of deep cherry and abrasive funk combined with still-vibrant tannin impossible to pigeon-hole in a *california-sense* but calling far closer in descriptors in a northern-rhone sense. Stupidly good and beyond reproach.
