Father Forgive Us

Match-head and stewed asparagus, peanut butter and coriander in a package bricking hard here at nearly 10. I tasted a couple of current releases of @monksgate_vineyard at @worldofpinot recently and was impressed enough to remember I have a few stashed in the cellar. Bright black cherry and rusty blade on the tongue, a contrasting obeisance to by the nutty vegetal of the nose. Bitter and sharp in the finish–a rather beautiful Pinot.
