Life imitates art, and the spicy acidic that is this Tempranillo manages to pack a wallop behind that amazing label. I’ve never taken red wine to Thai before, but our Chinese place has suddenly gone take-out only so headed up the street for some curry without my typical riesling or gewurtz sidekick. Figured if anything could cut it, this temp could. And I was not wrong. It worked perfectly with everything. A brilliant wine.
