What do you say about a wine like this? Absolute dessert perfection top to bottom, tons of expected barrel polish, and cellared and presented perfectly. Rich and decadent, still bright ruby with nary a brick. NyQuil and Luxardo on the nose, the mouthfeel a spicy conglomerate of black cherry and acid with tannin so perfectly integrated into the finish your eyes roll back into the back of your head with each taste. Not even in the slightest tired, at 11 it’s got another decade to go EASY. Absolute HEAVEN.
