Do you ever come home from tasting wine all day and open something because you just want something incredible and don’t want to think about it too hard? Just grab something reliable, extract the cork, give it a swirl, take a deep sniff, swirl it again, smell it one more time and pull it onto your tongue and let the trickle back, close your eyes and just go, “yeah ok ok ok right there, ya that’s it, close it.” Ya well sometimes I do so don’t judge.
